Yes, this holiday season, Madeline M. Martin and Kelly Phillips Erb are traveling around the state giving talks on Taxes Affecting Decedent’s Estates. The course, for which Kelly is serving as course planner, is hosted by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and is open to attorneys, accountants and paralegals. Attorneys can receive 6.5 hours of CLE credit, including 1 hour of ethics credit. The course has already been held in Philadelphia and State College, PA, with two more seminars to follow in Mechanicsburg, PA and Pittsburgh, PA. Kelly is speaking at all four locations.
