Two employees of Domino’s Pizza in Conover, NC are facing criminal charges for damaging the company’s brand name by posting a video on YouTube.

The prank video shows two employees tampering with food in a Domino’s Pizza kitchen. Shot by 31-year-old Kristy Hammonds, it shows another employee, Michael Seltzer, 32, violating plenty of health laws, blowing mucous and putting cheese  from his mouth on a sandwich. The two employees were arrested and charged with food tampering , which is a felony in Noth Carolina.

Domino’s management was quick to answer by posting statements on the same platforms, Twitter and YouTube. According to the New York Times, the company also plans on filing a civil suit. The employees, who had their fist court appearance on April 17, could face jail time if convicted.
