Nah, not one of the Erblaw attorneys but rather Patrick Fitzgerald, special counsel for the U.S. Department of Justice, as determined by the National Law Journal.
Fitzgerald, only 44 years old, has prosecuted some of the most infamous legal cases in the last few decades including the 1993 World Trade Center bombings, the Gambino crime family, corporate corruption scandals and most recently, whether senior officials in the Bush administration violated the Intelligence Protection Act of 1982 with respect to the “outing” of CIA agent Valerie Plame.
